Salary: 90k - 110kJob Posting: Sales & Marketing SpecialistLocation: Fremont, CASchedule: MondayFriday (On-Site only, No Hybrid or Remote Opportunities)Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PMEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to support growth across sales, marketing, and executive operations. This role works closely with the President and Director of Marketing to support pipeline development, execute marketing strategy, and drive alignment across key business initiatives.This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance execution, communication, and organization at a high level.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing SupportSupport lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline developmentExecute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social platformsAssist in creating sales collateral, presentations, and proposalsMaintain and manage the CRM to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activityAssist in coordinating trade shows, events, and customer engagement initiativesConduct market research and competitive analysisTrack campaign performance and provide KPI reportingMarketing Strategy Execution (Director of Marketing Support)Work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute the companys marketing strategy and campaignsAssist in planning and coordinating product launches, promotions, and brand initiativesSupport content development, including case studies, email campaigns, and digital assetsManage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign executionMonitor performance metrics and provide insights for optimizationExecutive & Administrative Support (President)Provide administrative support to the President, including meeting coordination and follow-upsReview presentations and communications for internal and external meetingsPrepare reports and supporting materials as neededCoordinate cross-functional initiatives and track key action itemsAssist in drafting proposals and strategic communicationsSupport special projects and business initiatives as directed by the PresidentHelp prioritize and organize key business activities to ensure executionOperational & Cross-Functional SupportCollaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teamsSupport partner and customer communicationsAssist with documentation, reporting, and internal processesEnsure alignment across teams on key initiatives and timelinesQualifications25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business operations, or administrative supportStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Ability to work independently and handle confidential informationDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting executive leadershipExperience working with marketing teams and executing campaignsBackground in B2B, technology, EV charging, or energy industriesFamiliarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)What Success Looks LikeConsistent support of sales pipeline growthWell-executed marketing campaigns and eventsStrong organizational support for executive prioritiesEffective communication across teamsTimely execution of key initiativesCompensation & BenefitsCompensationBase salary range: $90,000 $110,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and overall qualificationsEligibility for performance-based bonus tied to marketing execution and performanceBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) plan with company participationPaid time off (PTO) and company holidaysProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesDirect exposure to executive leadership and strategic initiativesOpportunity to grow within a fast-growing EV and clean energy organization
