Transit Communications Modernization Program Manager

PEMCCO is seeking a Transit Communications Modernization Program Manager to lead a high‐visibility initiative transitioning a large urban multi‐modal transit system from legacy 900 MHz platforms to an 800 MHz APCO P25 communications architecture. This role drives long‐term communications resilience for a high‐ridership, safety‐critical transportation network and requires executive‐level leadership across engineering, operations, regulatory coordination, and phased implementation readiness.
