Our goal is to increase patient access and revenue, decrease abandonment rates, and improve patient and customer satisfaction.About youWe're looking for dynamic individuals to join T2 Flex's dedicated team as a Patient scheduler. This means you have the ability to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail, maintaining accuracy with multiple interruptions and have exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. We also prioritize individuals that have the ability to uphold organizational values, work ethically and with integrity, as well as treat people respectfully and in a way that inspires trust.What you'll doCollecting all required patient information, including scheduling, pre-registration, and insurance verificationAnswering, screening, and processing requests and telephone inquiries with adherence to HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and proceduresObtaining and accurately entering necessary demographic, clinical, and billing informationExplaining processes, forms and procedures to callers, ensuring that patients understand required documentation requirements and subsequent measuresCollecting copays and payment information when necessaryProcessing required information according to client policies and proceduresProviding professional, compassionate and concierge-like service to patientsAvailable to work from 7am to 7pm EST Have a strong background in patient scheduling doing 10+ calls an hourQualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred1-3 years of customer service experienceAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentialityExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyKnowledge of medical terminology is a plusMust be flexible and adaptive to a fast pace call center environmentStrong computing and software skills (PC, MS Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependabilityTeam player, self-motivated, compassionate and patient care centered
