We foster a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Position Overview: We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care in an outpatient setting and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients ages 6+ Collaborate with therapists and other providers for coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation using Valant EHR system Provide telehealth and in-person visits (flexible hybrid options available) Participate in case consultations and staff meetings as needed Requirements: Active PMHNP license in Florida Current DEA registration Prior outpatient psychiatry experience preferred Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHRs (Valant experience a plus) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Malpractice insurance provided Clinical support and administrative team provided Paid holidays and PTO 2weeks 4 day work week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location: In person
