We are seeking an experienced Integrated Planning Manager to move our organization beyond day-to-day reactive scheduling to owning the strategic design, standardization, and continuous improvement of the production planning process.Why join us?Competitive salary and benefitsPlus - a direct impact on operations, and cross-functional influence and analytical, problem-solving roleJob DetailsThe Manager uses data-driven insights to evaluate planning effectiveness, drive process efficiency, and ensure the facility consistently meets customer delivery commitments and inventory targets.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Performance Management Own the master production schedule and ensure it is aligned with forecasted demand, inventory strategy, and customer delivery commitments. Conduct monthly reviews of planning performance using operational data, including on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, lead time, and backlog trends. Translate demand signals and capacity data into forward-looking production plans that reduce variability and improve schedule adherence. Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations leadership to align on production priorities and capacity constraints through a structured S&OP process.Process Standardization & Improvement Evaluate the end-to-end planning process and identify opportunities to reduce reactivity, eliminate waste, and improve scheduling efficiency. Develop and maintain standardized planning procedures, work instructions, and scheduling cadences across the facility. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function, including Lean and 5S activities. Optimize ERP system utilization to ensure accurate planning data, clean transactions, and reliable system-generated schedules.Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on production plans and material availability. Work closely with Supply Chain and Purchasing to proactively identify and resolve material constraints before they impact the schedule. Communicate schedule changes and production priorities across the facility in a clear, timely manner.Team Leadership Lead, develop, and mentor a team of production planners and schedulers. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback. Build team capability in data analysis, ERP proficiency, and structured problem-solving.________________________________________What We're Looking ForExperience 7+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring, developing, and evaluating team members. Demonstrated experience designing or standardizing planning processes, not just executing them. Strong background in capacity planning, demand planning, and S&OP processes. Proficiency with ERP-based manufacturing systems; experience with system optimization or implementation a plus.Skills & Competencies Analytical mindset with the ability to use monthly operational data to evaluate process performance and drive decisions. Strong communication and influencing skills across functions and levels of the organization. Proactive problem-solver who identifies root causes rather than managing symptoms. Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.Technical Tools ERP systems experience required. Strong Excel skills. SAP experience preferred.
