The attorney will handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting legal motions, preparing for and attending trials, conducting depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Additionally, responsibilities include analyzing case merits, strategizing with clients, researching legal issues, and working collaboratively with the firm's legal team to achieve favorable outcomes.QualificationsStrong expertise in law, including a deep understanding of legal principles and case analysisProficiency in drafting, filing, and responding to motionsExperience with court proceedings and effectively presenting arguments before judgesHands-on experience with trials and depositions, including preparation and executionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsActive license to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionAbility to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines and multitaskingPrior experience in civil defense or insurance-related litigation is a plus
