An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered as well.5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or other IT support positionsKnowledge of IT support in areas including PCs, Macs, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, ACLs, Routing, etc.)Experience with Atlassian systems, like Jira and Confluence, optimally also with Jira Service ManagementKnowledge of M365 admin, Entra-ID and InTune.Advanced knowledge of IT security, incl.
