Racking/Packing Technician - 3rd Shift (8:30 pm-6:00 am)

Racking & Packing Technicians NIA, LLC (Northern Indiana Anodize) is a new aluminum anodizer in Ft. Wayne. We are seeking entry level employeeson our 1st Shift interested in starting a rewarding career in our clean, new facility! Job Descriptions: Racking Technician (Racker): -Load customer parts onto racks. -Inspect parts for damage prior to loading. -Inspect racks for damage and ensure they're taken to maintenance for repair. Packing Technician (Packer): -Unload customer parts from racks. -Inspect parts for damage and quality. -Bundle the products in crates, cardboard, etc. & prepare them for shipment. Requirements: -Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety standards. (Safety of employees is always #1.) -Ability to work as part of a 2-3 person teams. -Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
