Plating Line Process TechnicianPosting Start Date: 4/24/26At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Job Description:Job OverviewTE Plating Core Process Technology is seeking a motivated Manufacturing & Process Technician to operate our Development Plating Line along with advanced manufacturing tools and next-generation processes. Working within the Plating CPT team, the technician will collaborate with engineers to deliver transformative manufacturing capabilities that enhance productivity and support next-generation manufacturing initiatives.Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on work in manufacturing and pilot shop environments and uphold safety standards. The position is based in Winston-Salem, NC, with minimum travel required.Responsibilities:Operate equipment in the plating room including the plating line and all support equipmentMaintain the plating line including all maintenance and repairsAssist with modifications that include plumbing and mechanical assemblyMake up chemistries for plating tanksLab analysis of plating baths and entering results into TruechemInstall and setup plating toolingCertified RCRA, DOT shipments for hazardous and non-hazardous materialsMaintain a clean area incorporating 5S skillsEngage in safety programs (LOTO, Gemba walks, risk assessments and utilizing machine guarding)What your background should look likeHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious Plate Line Processing in Manufacturing highly preferredKnowledge of plating processes and production lines is preferredEnthusiastic and self-motivated person seeking a hands-on working environmentCapable of performing physical duties associated with the plating room equipmentWilling to adapt and learn to a changing environmentCompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, TeamworkABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
