We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with experience managing Go-to-Market (GTM) projects involving cross-functional teams such as Billing, Finance, and other business/technical stakeholders. This role requires strong program management experience driving cross-functional execution and delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager
- Experience managing GTM projects/programs.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or equivalent customer support/experience platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Billing, Finance, and related stakeholders
- Strong program execution and delivery management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
