This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful legal work across a variety of practice areas in a collaborative environment, including exposure to business law and contract-related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Legal Support & Litigation• Conduct legal research and summarize findings• Draft legal correspondence, court forms, and client communications• File pleadings in state and federal courts• Maintain organized case files and records• Support litigation processes, including pleadings, filings, and court coordinationTransactional & Business Law Support• Assist with contract drafting, review, and revisions• Support due diligence processes and transactional document preparation• Assist with business-related legal matters, closings, and supporting documentation• Help prepare materials for hearings, closings, and other legal proceedingsAdministrative & Case Management• Track deadlines, filings, and case milestones• Coordinate document preparation and organization across matters• Assist attorneys with day-to-day matter management needsWhat You Bring• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department• Strong experience with contract drafting and contract review preferred• Excellent communication, organization, and legal research skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software tools• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detailFootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
