Tortilleria Department Supervisor

Develop a career with us!Essential duties include, but are not limited to:Manage inventory and pricing to achieve targeted gross profit margin.Achieve budgeted expense levels, department profit, and store profit contribution targets.Manage the buying/ordering process to meet La Plaza Market quality standards.Provide accurate, complete information in all management reports.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, relevant regulatory rules and standards, including OSHA, DOL, Health and Sanitation, FDA, Weights and Measures, ADA, and HACCP guidelines and flow charts. Skills/Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience required.Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferredSafely use food handling and sanitation chemicals and equipment to maintain department cleanliness standards and local, State and Federal agencies regulations and requirements.PLEASE NOTE: Due to the cyclical nature of the grocery industry, team members are required to work varying shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, which reflect the Company's operating requirements.
