This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and is comfortable collaborating with operations, procurement, and external partners.Reports to: Accounts Payable Supervisor Responsibilities & ExpectationsProcess high volume of invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and timely entry into Coupa and NetsuiteReconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure three-way or two-way match accuracyMonitor and resolve invoice discrepancies or disputes with internal departments and vendorsMaintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure proper onboarding, banking information and W-9 complianceEnsure all payments are processed on time and in accordance with payment termsSupport monthly and quarterly close processesAd hoc tasks as neededRequirements2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting rolesExperience in hospitality, luxury services, or airport operations preferredProficient NetSuite, Coupa, or similar ERP systems a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to numerical detailExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills with a customer service mindsetKnowledge of GAAP and AP best practicesEmployee Benefits Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability401K retirement plan with company matchingHealth and Dependent care FSA and HSA with company matchingMerit-based raises and bonuses12 PTO Days / 6 Paid Sick Days Prorated AnnuallyMonthly health & wellness and cell phone reimbursementParental benefits 100% paid up to 6 weeksFriends & Family Discounted PS UseTuition ReimbursementPaid trainingA great career path with promotion opportunities.
