Middle School ELA Teacher

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher to join our committed team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Prescott, AZ campus. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging ELA lessons, developing comprehensive curriculum plans, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, maintaining effective communication with students, parents, and staff, and participating in school events and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Expertise in lesson planning and curriculum development for middle school studentsProven experience in teaching middle school learnersStrong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleaguesCommitment to fostering an equitable, inclusive, and respectful learning environmentBachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field; a teaching certification is strongly preferredExperience working in a faith-based education setting is a plus but not requiredPassion for nurturing students’ academic and personal growth
