Are you?About The RoleWe’re looking for a Manager, Medical Information on the Medical Affairs team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Knowledge Management, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Associate Director with oversight of RightFind Enterprise (RFE), our reference platform, helping manage questions for the entire Insmed organization. You will also assist with managing reprint requests for organization, and reactive HCP enquiries for GMI.What You'll DoIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:Provide Training instructions, overseeing access is granted once Insight report is received, communicating with new trainees, adding cost centers to profiles & adding to shared libraries dependent upon teamProvide guidance to colleagues with copyright questions with assistance from LegalTroubleshoot issues with the RFE platform, refer for resolution to vendor and assist Subject matter expert concerning this platformAssist with verifying Open access (OA) articles weekly report, ordering commercial copies as needed, informing those ordering content that specific OA content resides in digital library. Also, verifying when pre-pub articles are final and obtaining Final published articles and sharing that with end-usersCommunicating and educating Team members of the benefits of Collaborative agreements for cost savings to Insmed. Overseeing Collaborative agreements and confirming when projects have ended and then removing those agreements once project endsKeep watchful for latest training and updates from Copyright Clearance Center (vendor)Assist with scheduling copyright compliance and updating RFE trainings for organizationManaging reprint requests for Insmed’s organization and ordering reactive copies for HCP enquiriesAssist Assoc Director with oversight of invoices and ensuring funds are available for PO purposes as directedAssist with UpToDate and any subscription enquiries that are received and provide necessary guidanceWho You AreYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related discipline along with five (5) years of relevant experience (library science and copyright insights within pharma).You Are Or You Also HaveStrong collaboration skills regarding external and internal teams, and working in a cross functional team environmentDemonstrating a willing attitude to tackle any task requestedExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and concisenessAbility to organize assigned tasks and develop effective work methodsSound analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to act with a consistent sense of urgency and acute attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in the following computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookMust successfully exhibit Insmed’s five (5) core corporate competencies of: Collaboration, Accountability, Passion, Respect, and IntegrityDemonstrated ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplaceNice To Have (but Not Required)Five (5) years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology company preferredWhere You’ll Work This is a fully remote role.
