We are offering a rare opportunity to lead a Brand Cause platform-a high-stakes, purpose-driven role that places a brand's global influence directly at the service of helping others.BRAND MARKETING - CAUSE MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONSSpearhead 360-degree global project management for the Brave Together mental health program to drive consistent brand impact and consumer engagement.Build global strategy to scale programSupport development of consumer communications plan and market toolkit for deployment in partnership with countries - Advise and support local market launches and performance trackingWork with advertising agency to create an annual ad campaignDevelop talent strategy and foster relationships with key talents to support causeWork with top-tier talent and internal teams to develop advocacy strategyWork closely with Social/Digital team to create relevant social assets for global and local channelsBuild close relationships with NGOs and thought leaders to scale the programWork closely with local market teams, regional teams and global CSR coordinators to guide in-market programmingCreate KPIs for program success and lead reporting on the social impact of the program (# of beneficiaries), PR reach, advocacy reach, media results - aggregating information from all the countriesMonitor and be inspired by best practices on cause efforts from other brands to help guide ideas for strengthening the programEVENTINGWork closely with PR agency and key agency partners to execute global eventing strategyLiase with markets to secure participation and support for activationCreate cause-centric internal and external activationsRequirements:Must have 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, PRExperience in consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferredPC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)Be able to sell ideas and work within a matrixed environmentCollaborative Skills - work with various types of stakeholdersStrong Project Management SkillsStrong Presentational SkillsQuantitative data analysis skillsPrioritization & Organization SkillsStrong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)Demonstrated L'Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and InnovatorMust be professional and energetic with a positive attitudeHas a strong passion for building a purposeful brandWhat's In It For You:Salary Range: $138,500 - $200,800 (Compensation is determined by work experience, education, and skill level).Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and a Pension Plan.Hybrid Work: Up to 2 days per week work-from-home (subject to manager approval).Time Off: Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Summer Fridays, and Volunteer Time.Perks: VIP access to L'Oréal's internal shop (discounted products) and a monthly mobile allowance.Growth: Unlimited access to e-learnings, mentorship programs, and Lunch & Learn sessions.Don't meet every single requirement?
