Senior Change Manager

Job TitleLead change management efforts on large, complex, strategic change management effortsPartner with PMs and business leaders as part of a program teamConsult with officers, managers, and stakeholders to assess change impacts of project/programCreate change management plans for multiple projects with complex interdependenciesDesign and implement change management materials including change strategy, project plan, change metrics, communication materials, training materials, resistance management tools and stabilization activitiesRecommend and help to develop additional templates or tools as neededMay lead other change managers as part of a programRequirementsRequired skillsMaster's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred7+ years of progressive leadership experience in change managementThorough knowledge of OCM, organizational design and culture change theories, models, and techniquesProven ability to design and implement successful change management for large high-priority, high-risk projectsStrong understanding of technologyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in tandemDemonstrated ability to build trust with executives, management, project teams, and stakeholdersThorough knowledge of training program design, adult learning theory, and current training techniquesChange Management certification (PROSCI, AIM, CCMP, ATD etc.) required
