Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for document control overseeing the creation, review, and approval of project specific engineering submittals for industrial generators. This role ensures that all submittal packages meet project specifications, regulatory codes, and internal quality standards. The Sales Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the sales team, customer, Engineer of record, fabrication, and vendor teams to deliver accurate and timely documentation that supports successful project execution.Major ResponsibilitiesLead the development of project-specific submittal packagesReview and approve submittals prepared by internal teams and third-party vendorsTrack submittal status and maintain organized recordsRespond to customer feedback and coordinate revisions to ensure timely approvalAttend customer meetings to support submittal discussions, rejections and approvalsEnsure all submittals comply with engineering specifications, local codes, and company installation standards and practices.
