You’ll own and execute highly targeted, personalized, and increasingly AI-powered campaigns, from first touch through deal close.You’re a strong operator first: someone who can build, launch, and optimize campaigns quickly, while leveraging modern GTM tools to sharpen targeting and improve performance.What You’ll DoAI-Enhanced Campaign ExecutionDesign and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, outbound, events, and contentUse tools like Clay and UserGems to enhance targeting, personalization, and timingTranslate data and signals into clear campaign angles, messaging, and activation plansPartner with GTM Engineering to operationalize targeting and workflowsAccount-Based MarketingOwn and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for priority enterprise accountsDevelop account intelligence using intent data, research, and buying signalsPartner closely with BDRs and AEs on account penetration and coordinated outreachBuild campaign plays that support strategic deals and late-stage accelerationLifecycle & Email MarketingOwn the strategy and execution of email marketing across the funnelOwn lifecycle strategy across nurture, re-engagement, and pipeline accelerationBuild and optimize segmented, behavior-driven email programsMonitor and improve performance across engagement and conversion metricsPipeline Generation & ConversionLaunch integrated campaigns that drive SQLs and improve funnel conversionDevelop multi-touch plays that connect inbound, outbound, and ABM effortsPartner with Sales to improve conversion from MQL to SQL to OpportunityUse AI and new tools to improve campaign performancePerformance & ReportingTrack campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROIUse data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mixCollaborate with GTM Engineering on attribution, segmentation, and infrastructure improvementsWhat We’re Looking For6+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign management, ideally in B2B SaaSStrong experience executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipelineHands-on familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Clay, UserGems, intent data, and enrichment platformsExperience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or MarketoProven ability to run ABM programs and partner closely with SalesAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionStrong operator who moves quickly and iterates based on performanceWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent pipeline generation from targeted, well-executed campaignsImproved conversion rates across key funnel stagesABM programs that influence and accelerate strategic dealsEffective use of data, signals, and tools to increase campaign performanceStrong alignment with Sales and measurable impact on revenue
