Full-Time | Exempt | On-siteWe are seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and a disciplined month-end close within a growing, multi-location organization. This role ensures accounting records are maintained in compliance with GAAP, OEM requirements, and internal controls while partnering with operational and finance teams to support timely reporting.What You'll DoPrepare and post journal entries and month-end accrualsReconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain clean supporting schedulesSupport accounting for inventory, fixed assets, and OEM programsAssist with month-end close, audits, and reporting requirementsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsPartner with dealership and corporate teams to resolve discrepanciesSupport standardized accounting processes and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field1-3 years of accounting experience; dealership or retail experience a plusWorking knowledge of GAAP and accounting fundamentalsExcel or Google Sheets proficiency; DMS or accounting system experience preferredStrong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management skillsService-oriented, accountable, and execution-focused mindsetWork Environment* On-site role* Periodic extended hours during month-end closeWork Location: In personWhat we offer:Medical, Dental & Vision coverageCompany paid life insuranceLong Term Disability InsurancePaid vacations, sick time and holiday401(K) with company contributionWe are excited about meeting you!DCD Automotive Holdings is an Equal Opportunity Employer
