Operations Support Specialist (Financial Advisory) Ringler Wealth | In-Person$55,000–$75,000. Starting Salary will be commensurate with industry experience and licensing. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to support new business processing and ongoing client service across both investment and insurance sectors. This individual will play a critical role in keeping our systems, client data, workflows, and communications running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.This role is ideal for someone with financial services experience who thrives on being a critical team member in a successful financial advisory practice, reporting to the Advisor. The hire will enjoy serving clients, and taking pride in accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through.Primary ResponsibilitiesNew Business ProcessingSubmit new applications (financial plans, insurance, and investments) accurately and In Good Order (IGO)Complete forms and request signatures through digital platformsTrack pending business and proactively follow up with vendors, custodians, carriers, and clientsConfirm client transfers, allocations, and submitted business have posted correctlyMaintain tracking workflows for submitted business, pending items, and next stepsClient ServiceRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service requestsProcess service requests including distributions, beneficiary changes, address updates, wires, journals, EFT transfers, checks, and Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)Serve as a first point of contact for basic client technology questions regarding the client portal, document sharing, and other firm technologiesDocument client interactions in CRM and maintain organized electronic filesClient Meeting SupportPrepare materials for client review meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-up itemsAttend meetings as needed for administrative support, note-taking, and documentationAssist with follow-up on action items after meetingsSchedulingProactively coordinate client review appointmentsManage scheduling requests and calendar coordination for the financial advisorGeneral AdministrationAssist with mail, phones, scanning, and document managementProvide general administrative support to the team as neededKey Outcomes & ExpectationsNew business applications submitted In Good OrderApplication follow-up and trackingCRM entries and task updates completed within 24 hoursYear-end service goals (e.g., RMDs, tax delivery) executed by Q4 deadlinesContribute to streamlined processes and continuous operational improvementDeliver exceptional service and professionalism to clients and team membersQualificationsOutgoing, friendly, customer-service-oriented personalityComfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients and representing the firm with professionalism.5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance operationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM toolsAbility to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWorks well in a collaborative small-team environmentMaintains professionalism, composure, and focus when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlinesExperience with custodial platforms such as National Financial Services, LLC ,Fidelity, Schwab.Active Series 6 required; Series 63, 65, preferred.Bachelor’s degree requiredWork Location19176 Hall Road Clinton Township, MI 48038
