Multi-speciality group seeks an Otolaryngologist Join a hospital-employed practice with a collaborative e team of 1 Otolaryngologist surgeon,APC, 1 Audiologist, a dedicated surgery scheduler, and robust clinical and support staff Established practice with great reputation and referral patterns from adult and pediatric colleagues Clinic is open and staffed M-F 8:00 ? 5:00 pm, physician schedule is flexible Dedicated OR block time between 10 ORs (including 2 DaVinci robots) and an ambulatory surgery center, all within a 5-minute walk from the clinical practice Call is 1:4 for general ENT night and weekend call, and 1:6 for facial trauma call Opportunity to teach medical students if desired Competitive salaries and fair production with additional incentive bonus structures OR guaranteed shift based compensation with incentive bonus structures, Generous sign-on / relocation bonus, Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues, 5-7% retirement match + 457b program
