This is a 12-18 month contract working in Irvine, CA (Hybrid) offering a pay rate of $47 per hour based on skillset.Role DetailsCompensation: $47/hr W2Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.Duration: 12-18 month contractLocation: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)What You'll Be DoingCoordinate works with the Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group.Responsible for propagation model and RF design to acceptance of the NTP.Ensure that all Service Providers are adhering to processes and procedures, measure progress against the baselines and look for continuous improvement opportunities. Interfaces with External interfaces: ASP principals or leads, Customer SA. Internal interfaces: IM, CPM.Manage all site acquisition activity including, but not limited to the following: Site File audit, RFDS review and comment, SOW review or preparation assistance, coordination of A&E and/or design services, evaluation of engineering requirements (assessment or analysis required) and coordination and preparation of submittal documents (LL and regulatory).What We're Looking ForMust have 4+ years as a Site Acquisition Manager within the wireless industry.Job-related experience with site builds over 200 sites is required.Experience with ATT as a SAM is a must.A law degree or real estate license is a plus.Apply today to help manage site acquisition activity with our wireless customer.#SiteAcquisition #Wireless #TechJobs
