This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters from case inception through trial, while collaborating closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced legal environment.Candidates must have a minimum 5+ years of litigation experience, including trial preparation experience, and thrive in managing multiple deadlines and high-priority matters with precision and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparationDraft and prepare pleadings, briefs, appeals, affidavits, subpoenas, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and legal articlesManage discovery, including collection, review, summarization, and organization of electronic and paper filesMaintain organized client and case filesCoordinate court filings and document managementPrepare trial binders and assist with case strategy and preparationTrack billable time accurately and maintain detailed recordsQualifications5+ years of litigation paralegal experience requiredTrial experience strongly preferredStrong legal research, writing, and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic filing systemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor’s degree plus Paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceFlexibility to work overtime as neededThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized litigation professional looking to join a collaborative and sophisticated litigation practice with meaningful client exposure and hands-on case involvement.
