The company serves customers including IBM, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, Supabase, monday.com, Notion, and Vanta, grew 5x in ARR last year, is growing nearly 20% month over month, and recently raised a $15M Series A.Role OverviewThis is a high-ownership, on-site engineering role for someone who wants to build quickly, ship directly to customers, and see product work translate into major business outcomes. The team is building a platform that closes the loop between sales behavior, coaching, and execution, changing what happens next inside customer sales organizations rather than simply reporting on what happened. This environment is fast-moving, demanding, and best suited for engineers who want broad responsibility across product, architecture, deployment, and customer impact.What You'll DoBuild and deploy applications across the frontend and backend using Next.js, React, Node.js, NestJS REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and TypeScript.Support AWS infrastructure, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines to keep product development moving quickly and reliably.Own code from implementation through deployment, debugging production issues, addressing root causes, and driving architectural improvements end to end.Who You AreAn engineer who thrives in a 5-day-per-week, in-person environment and wants speed, ownership, and direct customer impact rather than rigid structure or narrow lanes.Comfortable operating across the stack, making technical decisions, shipping quickly, and taking responsibility when something breaks or needs to be improved.Motivated by ambitious teams, high expectations, and the chance to help build a company during a period of rapid growth.Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
