Chief of Staff — AI Fintech Startup (Santa Rosa)

Seed-stage AI company (backed, growing fast) is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO.This is a high-ownership, no-ego role. You'll run strategic projects, manage deals, build hiring processes, and own whatever has the highest leverage that week. Early on that includes inbox management and scheduling.
