Supervisor Outbound Sales RepresentativesSupervises Outbound Sales Representatives to ensure sales targets are met, productivity measures are maintained, quality book of business is written and quality control processes are in place. Hires, coordinates training, and develops Outbound Sales Representatives.Responsibilities:Supervises Outbound Sales Representatives, DRC to ensure sales targets are met.Interviews, hires, trains and develops Outbound Sales Representatives, DRC.Utilizes Aspect phone features to monitor calls and provide coaching feedback to Outbound Sales Representatives, DRC.Reviews underwriting recommendations from Outbound Sales Representatives, DRC utilizing underwriting rules and guidelines in order to bind coverage.Authorizes exceptions to guidelines as warranted.Prepares, analyzes and makes recommendations based upon data from production and productivity reports.Evaluates workflows and establishes priorities for unit as campaigns are introduced and new prospects are brought on board.Investigates and responds to customer complaints generated from unit.Manages the individual performance of each counselor.Implements progressive discipline as appropriate.Makes promotional recommendations.Administers pay for performance salary recommendations.May be responsible for ensuring process & procedure manuals are current and new forms are developed as necessary.Responsible for satisfying ongoing continuing education (C.E.) requirements in order to maintain necessary P& C licensing.May perform other related tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent training plus 2-3 years directly related insurance experience.In depth knowledge of personal lines products, policies, systems and coverage.Multi-state property and casualty licensing required.Residency and reciprocal licenses in all other states must be maintained.Demonstrated effective written & oral communication skills.Employees may apply for a new role after completing 12 months of employment in their current position.About Us: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
