This executive will be responsible for driving strategic alignment between content, revenue generation, audience growth, and brand equity across various digital platforms. The role involves overseeing platform strategy, monetization development, performance analytics, and editorial direction, while also leading a high-performing content operations team. The successful candidate will be expected to have a deep expertise in digital ecosystems, evolving distribution models, and media valuation, and must be capable of operating both strategically and operationally to anticipate industry shifts and drive measurable business results. Candidates for the AVP position should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in content strategy, digital media, or related fields, with a proven track record in building monetizable digital ecosystems and integrating sponsorship strategy into content planning. The role requires an individual with exceptional leadership presence, strong organizational and change management capabilities, and the ability to influence senior executives and commercial stakeholders. The AVP will also be responsible for leading a team, establishing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and championing innovation in digital content.
