Job Opportunity We're looking for a results-driven recruiting/sales representative to bring in new customers and candidates. Join an established staffing and HR consulting firm, opening branches in the Atlanta, GA area! We need a strong, motivated, professional representative to bring in new companies and talent.Sales Responsibilities:Present, promote and sell staffing and human resource services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.Recruiting Responsibilities:Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness, as a good employment opportunity, is a requirement and important necessary skill.Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday Commission plus bonus pay scale Benefits Ability to earn uncapped commissions.
