Due to client requirements and the nature of the position, non-citizens are not eligible to apply.Job Details:Location: San Diego, CA – OnsiteExperience: 5–8 YearsContract: Contract OnlySchedule: 9x80 AOpen Positions: 2U.S. Citizenship: RequiredActive Secret Clearance: RequiredWhat You’ll Do• Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded software for Link-16 and Tactical Datalink systems• Develop and debug embedded real-time systems• Integrate low-level firmware and software in complex, multithreaded environments• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Hardware, Digital Engineering, and Integration & Test teams• Troubleshoot system and software issues• Work within an Agile software development environment• Support software architecture, development, integration, and testingMust-Have Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or another STEM discipline with 5+ years of related experience• Strong C/C++ and Object-Oriented Programming skills• Experience with the complete software lifecycle from requirements through testing• Embedded real-time systems development and debugging• Low-level firmware/software integration experience• Static Analysis and Unit Testing experience• Jira, Bitbucket, Git, and Agile experience• Link-16 waveform testing/troubleshooting experience• Hands-on experience with Tactical Datalink radios/terminals• Familiarity with Link-16/TACAN Waveform standards• Experience with CORBA, SCA, and Software Defined Radios (SDR)• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance• Ability to work onsite in Rancho Carmel, San Diego, CAPreferred ExperienceXilinx | Zynq | Ultrascale+ | VERSAL | Yocto | PetaLinux | Vitis | Vivado | I2C | SPI | UART | PCIe | Ethernet | TCP/IP | Rust | Linux Kernel Drivers | Bare-Metal Drivers | PowerPC | Assembly | MIL-STD-6016 | HAIPE | OTNK | IKE | Rhapsody | DOORS | ClearCaseInterested? apply now to be considered !
