Media Director
MEDIA DIRECTORFurman Roth Advertising in NYC is seeking hands-on Media Director to service and interact with clients while managing, executing, optimizing, analyzing and reporting on integrated paid media campaigns. Become part of our management team and participate in growing our company, and benefitting our clients. We are located in midtown Manhattan (less than 5 minute walk from Grand Central station). This hybrid position (working in-office 3 days a week and 2 days remotely). Unique position for hands-on professional with strong background in digital marketing to work with prestigious clients in Higher Ed, and possibly other verticals (ie., non profit, retail, etc). In addition to supervising staff members and working closely with CMO and CEO, must be willing to roll up sleeves and get involved in campaign building in the areas of strategic media planning and buying. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and should be comfortable developing and making presentations to mid and high level marketing executives. Need to be detail oriented and have a keen sense of time management. Enjoy a supportive team while overseeing multichannel advertising campaigns aimed at generating awareness and conversions that meet or surpass our clients’ goals…all while being part of a fun, collaborative and “wear many hats” environment. Skills and Qualifications required: Minimum 7+ years’ hands-on experience in digital campaign setup, management, and optimization, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snap Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit.High level of proficiency and hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other data tracking and visualization tools and methods to assess and improve ROI of campaigns and provide timely reporting. Must be able to successfully manage digital campaign execution and optimization for multiple clients, meet tight deadlines and balance multiple and ongoing projects concurrentlyStrategic thinker, with ability to analyze, report and present data in a clear and insightful manner. Should be up to date with latest digital media trends, best practices and ad platforms.Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google professional applications (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and respond to client needs for multiple clients.Higher Ed marketing or Ad Agency experience a plus (but not required).Experience with any traditional media a plus (but not required)We offer competitive compensation package including 401k plan, plus profit sharing and health benefits, along with annual bonus and annual salary increases.
