An unrivalled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites.The RoleAs an Overnight Steward, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational kitchen. You will support overnight guest needs, assist with light food preparation, and ensure that all spaces are ready for the next day’s service.Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and workspaces Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and cleaning systems Complete deep cleaning tasks and follow nightly cleaning schedules Prepare overnight staff meals and assist with light guest food requests Maintain organized storage areas and proper chemical handling Ensure all kitchen areas are reset and prepared for the morning team Support overnight operations and communicate effectively with team members Remove waste and maintain a safe, hygienic working environment Uphold Aman’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiencyRequirements Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Strong organizational and time management skills Positive attitude with a professional and team-oriented approach Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting, and bending Basic culinary knowledge is an asset High School diploma or equivalent preferredBenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
