This part-time role supports our marketing and communications initiatives within the luxury spa and wellness space.The intern will work closely with our Business Development + Client Relationships Manager, as well as the TLEE project team, contributing to content creation, brand strategy, and research. This position offers a deep dive into digital marketing, emerging wellness trends, and client-facing storytelling within a dynamic, design-forward environment.Intern Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentTrack and update proposals, assist in follow-up and outreachTarget developers, brands, key contacts for inquiryMarketing & Content CreationAssist with email marketing campaigns and quarterly newslettersDraft blog posts and content tailored to the luxury wellness industryGenerate and pitch new content ideas based on emerging trendsLead visual and written asset creation for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)Strategy to grow social channelsJoin bi-weekly marketing call and bi-weekly public relations call to gain insight into these areasHelp plan and coordinate external and internal marketing initiativesBrand immersion + marketing platform training (Social Channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Additional Platforms: FloDesk, Later, Airtable, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)Manage Customer Relationships Management (CRM) System and input new contactsManage new imagery for visioning decks and organize into image banksSocial Media Calendar and PlanningConference and Event ResearchExplore AI and emerging technologies and identify opportunities for integrationQualificationsSkills & QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related fieldStrong interest in luxury wellness, hospitality, branding, or experience designExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing contentHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDesign & Technical SkillsBasic proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)Strong visual sensibility with an eye for branding, layout, and aestheticsFamiliarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., FloDesk, Airtable, Later) is a plusAdditional Qualifications (Preferred)Previous internship or project experience in marketing, business development, or content creationInterest or exposure to the hospitality, spa, or wellness industriesExperience with competitive analysis, trend research, or presentation developmentAdditional Information
