The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and be passionate about driving post-trade IT initiatives from build through to production.Role and responsibilitiesOwn and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program timeline and flagging risks before they become problemsTrack IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolvesMake sure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance and compliance standardsCoordinate testing and deployment activities across IT teams, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closureCommunicate project status clearly and regularly to stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, and IT leadershipDrive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from UAT through go-live handover to production supportQualifications5 to 9 years of experience in IT project management within financial services, ideally covering operations or regulatory programsHands-on Jira experience and solid understanding of Agile/Scrum; PMP is a plusComfortable working across IT Business Analysts, Developers, and non-technical business stakeholdersFamiliar with back office or post-trade systems (Global Markets context is a strong plus)Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related fieldCompany’s BenefitsAt Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including:💵 Competitive salary between USD $100,000 - US$145,000💸401(k) retirement plan with company matching🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out)📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year❤️‍🩹Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA🦺Voluntary STD and LTD🚍 Commuter/transit benefitsAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
