Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of data-driven lifecycle campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize multi-stage customer journeys to enhance product adoption and retention
Build and manage audience segmentation and develop automated workflows for personalized communications
Define and monitor lifecycle KPIs, analyzing campaign performance for continuous optimization
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral segmentation
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven campaign optimization
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
