Apply today and hear back within 48 hours.Assist with overseeing main kitchen operations, including meal production, inventory, cost control, and staff supervision.Manage catering services for resident events, special occasions, and community functions.Prepare and ensure meals meet nutritional needs and regulatory standards.Assist with menu planning, meal preparation, and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients, resident preferences, and budget considerations.Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations, including documentation and reporting.Collaborate with the dining team to ensure quality and customer service.2 years of chef experience, preferably in a healthcare setting (required). High school graduate or equivalent (required). Must be 18 years or older to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required).
