Quality Technician 37165480Hourly pay: $25/hrWorksite: Leading electronic testing company (Colorado Springs, CA 80907 - Onsite)W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL40 hours/week, 24 Month AssignmentA leading electronics testing company is seeking a Quality Technician to perform mechanical inspection of precision-machined components, CMM (Optical and Touch Probe), Interferometry, Laser Micrometer, and other advanced metrology equipment.Quality Technician Responsibilities:Calibrations of metrology equipment.CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action support in relation to NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) with thorough documentation.Other duties as they are assigned.Quality Technician Qualifications:Work experience in a QC and manufacturing environment.University degree, specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Interpreting specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Experience with advanced Metrology is preferred.Lean, Corrective and Preventive Action, root cause investigation, Kaizen (continuous improvement-PDCA), knowledge and understanding are preferred.ISO 9001, AS9100, and/or FDA Certifications are preferred.Experience with any/all of the following is preferred:Programmable optical measurement tools (optical CMM).Keyence Image Measurement System.Interferometers used for surface finish and form analysis.A laser micrometer.(H)
