Reports to: Chief Operating OfficerDate Posted: May 8, 2026OverviewYouth Eastside Services (YES) seeks an experienced, visionary and passionate Director of School-Based Behavioral Health Integration & Support to lead one of our three pillars of work, supporting children and youth holistically in school settings. This position reports to the COO, is a member of the Leadership Team, and joins Directors of Agency-based and Community-based programming to create a holistic, integrated approach to youth behavioral health. The role will lead an expanded school behavioral health team at YES, overseeing a staff of 30+ placed in all three school districts in East King County. YES is a 60-year, $11M mission-driven nonprofit behavioral health organization that provides life-saving mental health treatment to all children and youth in East King County regardless of their ability to pay. The Director is responsible for driving measurable impact, expanding access to care, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and equitable services aligned with Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). This position plays a critical leadership role in advancing YES’s mission by improving outcomes for children, youth, and families while balancing impact and sustainability across programs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs the new Director, you will succeed a long-term leader due to a planned retirement.
