Algorithm Engineer

Overview As a member of KLA's LS-SWIFT algorithms group, you will develop AI-enabled inspection software for patterned wafer defect detection. You will work on cutting-edge ML/DL methods to improve all-wafer inspection across frontside, backside, and edge surfaces, supporting automotive, MEMS, and advanced packaging markets. You will bridge research and product, prototyping algorithms and deploying them in production.
