Gutter Installer

Pay Range: $25.00-$35.00 an hour, depending on experience. As a Gutter Installer with Builders Installed Products of VT, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing gutters, downspouts, and other related components on residential and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring that gutters are properly attached to the building and pitched correctly for proper water drainage.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and log materials onto the truckErect scaffolding and laddersCut and hang 5" and 6" K‑style aluminum and copper guttersCut and hang ½‑round aluminum and copper guttersMaintain good housekeeping on the job site, tools, and the company truckInstall hangers, brackets, and other support structures to ensure gutters are securely attachedPitch gutters correctly to ensure proper water drainageInstall downspouts and related componentsCommunicate with customers in a professional and courteous mannerMaintain a safe and organized work areaFollow all company policies and proceduresRole RequirementsExperience in the construction industry, including roofing, gutters, and sidingValid driver’s license requiredBoom lift certification preferred but not requiredWillingness to be flexible and collaborate with other departmentsStrong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and toolsAbility to work at heights and on roofsAbility to lift materials up to 50 lbs.Excellent communication and customer service skillsWestmoreland, NH: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Physical DemandsA gutter installer must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs., use common hand and power tools, climb and work from extension ladders up to 45 ft., and perform tasks at heights. The role involves frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, along with maintaining manual dexterity, attention to detail, and clear communication with team members and clients. Installers work outdoors in various weather conditions and are required to follow all safety protocols.
