Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionFull Time Evening Cleaning Position Available in South Bend, INThe Robotic Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the on-site cleaning robots and working alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the robotic operations on site - this position is responsible for operating 3 units at nearby buildings (easy walking distance)Perform routine maintenance & inspections on cleaning robots.Ensure any and all robotic operators are trained correctly & assist operators with troubleshooting as needed.Report any issues with the cleaning robots, as well as any safety issues.Work alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks.Present a professional and positive attitude with clients, employees, and office personnel with direct contact, emails, text and phone calls.Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Be respectful of all B and B Maintenance and client owned property.Grow with the company as a utility employee, wearing multiple hats.Learn more about our robotics division: https://www.bbmaint.com/robotics.html Schedule: Monday - Friday. 5pm - 1:30amCompensation & Benefits:B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set.
