Technical Program Manager – Data Management

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in data management to lead enterprise-scale initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of program leadership, technical depth, and stakeholder engagement to ensure data is treated as a strategic asset across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional programs focused on data governance, data quality, and data platform modernization.Translate business requirements into scalable data management strategies and execution roadmaps.Oversee program delivery, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are managed effectively.Partner with engineering, analytics, compliance, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.Drive adoption of data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).Establish and monitor KPIs for data quality, availability, and security.Provide clear communication and reporting to executive leadership on program progress and risks.Required Qualifications8+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 4 years focused on data-centric initiatives.Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale data management programs (e.g., data lake migration, master data management, governance rollout).Strong understanding of data management tools and platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Collibra, Alation, Informatica).Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT workflows.Experience with cloud-native data services (Azure, AWS, GCP).Familiarity with data security practices, including encryption, access control, and compliance frameworks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical audiences.About Brickred Systems:Brickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
