HCM Training Specialist

Training And Development SpecialistDeliver training and develop content related to the human resources information system Workday. Provide training and resources to recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship program development, interviewing, hiring best practices, and use of Workday for recruiting processes. Research training best practices to support continuous program improvement. Analyze system-related data and generate reports and presentations. Maintain and update training materials, exercises, handouts, and assessments to reflect best practices and system or process changes. Conduct instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in person for staff. Utilize training environments and tools to facilitate learning activities. Support maintenance of the Learning Management System, including enrollment requests and administrative activities. Respond to requests from stakeholders and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Deliver training through multiple methods, including in-person, virtual, and online formats. Develop and maintain training materials and course content. Provide guidance on recruiting best practices and system usage. Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations. Conduct instructor-led training sessions. Support Learning Management System administration. Respond to stakeholder inquiries and support training needs.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to learn and use technology for training design and data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.High school diploma or equivalent with three years of job-related experience in human resources. Equivalent combination of education, experience, or training may be considered.Experience using Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent Optimization as an administrator or trainer. Experience delivering HRIS systems training.
