Must Have Skills:-Total 10+ years of Experience in Java-based application development and Maintenance-Person needs to have strong Cards Payment lending domain experience along with technical and team management experience.§ Proven experience as an Onsite Manager and should have worked with an Offshore Team§ Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders within LC, CG Offshore, and Team in Mexico§ Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics, and Project Planning Methodologies§ As and when needed, should be able to understand complex codebases, and be able to apply software and systems engineering principles§ Should have an understanding of the Java Technology stack, Microservices-based architecture, Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkins, JUnit, Mockito, AWS, and the AWS ecosystem of S3 buckets, EC2 instances
