Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Teacher located in Nashville, TN. The Lead Teacher will design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and rigorous lessons aligned with academic standards. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, teaching and managing a classroom, tracking student progress, and providing individualized support to meet diverse learning needs. The Lead Teacher will also collaborate with colleagues and engage with families to foster student success and a love of learning. Qualifications Expertise in Lesson Planning and curriculum creationExperience and skills in Education and TeachingStrong Communication skills for engaging with students, families, and colleaguesAbility to provide effective Training and mentoring to students and colleaguesBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)Teaching certification or licensure in Tennessee (or pending certification)Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentCommitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable classroom environment
