In collaboration withthe Corporate Account Managers, you will support assigned divisional categories byproviding best-in-class data, insights, reporting, and analysis to help drive efficiency acrossthe order-to-cash cycle. You will also support communication and coordination withdownstream account managers to strengthen product pull-through from our wholesalecustomer to retail customers.Location can be flexible in the Eastern US.Key responsibilities include:Customer Network administration:• Participate in customer's monthly product flow KPI scorecard meeting to reviewperformance and agree on follow-up actions• Manage fill-rate communications at customer; Customer Portal management toinclude new item setup, discontinued items, updating product pricing andconfiguration changes; work with internal EDI team to identify discrepancies incustomer EDI transmission affecting reporting; product allocation management;internal and external stakeholder communications.Forecasting:• Shipment forecast: Improve the accuracy and alignment of the top-line shipmentforecast between the Customer and Nestlé. Own category-level variance analysis(prior month vs. forecast, current month vs. forecast, quarterly and annual outlook,and year-over-year comparisons). Escalate insights for required adjustments ormaterial variances awareness in monthly/annual divisional rollups in the context ofannual planning.• Consumption forecast: Improve the accuracy and quality of the bottom-upconsumption forecast by consolidating and validating Osprey inputs from 10Nestlé account managers. Develop and use exception-based analytics to manage1,000+ SKUs and flag missing forecasts or material variances versus current year(CY) and prior year (PY).• Reconcile shipment forecast and consumption forecasts at monthly, quarterly, andannually basis across assigned categories.Inventory management:• Using data provided by customers at monthly meetings, develop and apply ananalytical approach to manage inventory across 25+ customer locations assuringthere is enough inventory to fulfill customer orders, a proper vision to how currentinventory levels will impact forecasts/shipments, and reducing the amount ofinventory that will expire in customer warehouses.• Proactively identify at-risk inventory within four months of expiration and partnerwith the customer and internal Nestlé sales teams to accelerate sell-through andminimize write-offs. Track excess-inventory sell-through, align with the customer topause ordering on select SKUs, and promote inter-warehouse transfers to rebalanceinventory.• Ad Hoc analytics and project support as needed in support of the customercontinued integrations/consolidation and or internal Nestlé cross functionalrequestsRequirements:• Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics.• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience• Intermediate/advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, pivots, etc.), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities (multi-tasker)• Working knowledge of financial implications related to business decisions• Excellent internal and external customer service orientation and interpersonal skills• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly• High level of organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:• Analytical experience interpreting data, developing reports, and delivering analysis with actionable recommendations.• Advanced proficiency in Excel, database manipulation, exception-based management.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.• Strong collaboration skills with internal partners and external customers.• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving key performance indicator (KPI) targets in previous roles.• Ability to constructively challenge existing processes, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and identify opportunities beyond the defined role.77149978The approximate target compensation range for this role is $80K to $95K. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
