AI Content Creator

Position Overview Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking an innovative AI Content Creator to advance AFI's creative capabilities by crafting exceptional AI-generated imagery, establishing quality standards, and pioneering new AI-enhanced workflows. This hands-on creative role focuses on AI content creation (60%), quality execution and optimization (25%), and continuous learning of emerging AI tools and techniques (15%). This designer ensures we leverage AI thoughtfully and effectively to unlock efficiency, expand creative possibilities, and deliver high-quality visual content at scale. Key Responsibilities AI Content Creation & Execution Create high-quality AI-generated imagery across all AFI brands and product lines Execute creative briefs and visual guidelines using AI image generation tools Produce AI-generated product photography, lifestyle imagery, and marketing visuals that meet brand standards Iterate on AI outputs to achieve desired visual quality and brand consistency Collaborate with traditional photographers and designers to integrate AI imagery seamlessly into creative workflows Quality Execution & Optimization Ensure all AI-generated content meets established quality standards and brand requirements Participate in quality control processes and approval workflows for AI-generated imagery Refine and optimize AI prompts and parameters to achieve consistent, high-quality results Test and document best practices for different AI tools and use cases Troubleshoot AI output challenges and develop solutions to maintain quality standards Continuous Learning & Skill Development Stay current with emerging AI image generation tools and creative technologies Experiment with new AI techniques and assess their potential for creative applications Participate in training programs and share knowledge with team members Contribute to the evolution of AI production methodologies and best practices Adapt quickly to new AI tools and workflows as they are implemented Workflow Contribution & Process Support Follow and help refine agentic workflows for scaled AI production Document learnings and contribute to process improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally to support integration of AI capabilities into creative processes Required Qualifications Experience & Background Demonstrated expertise with AI image generation tools (Weavy, Comfy, Higgsfield, Midjourney, etc.) Portfolio featuring high-quality AI-generated imagery required Experience in retail, furniture, or consumer goods industries preferred Background in traditional photography or product imaging highly valued Core Competencies Advanced proficiency in multiple AI image generation platforms and tools Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) for AI output refinement Excellent attention to detail and quality control capabilities Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI parameter optimization Understanding of brand consistency and visual standards Technical Skills Expert-level prompt engineering for AI image generation Photo editing and retouching skills to refine AI outputs Ability to blend AI-generated content with traditional photography Personal Attributes Self-motivated with strong ownership of quality and outcomes Adaptable and eager to learn new AI tools and techniques Creative problem-solver who can troubleshoot AI output challenges Detail-oriented with commitment to brand standards and visual excellence Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and best practices Innovative mindset balanced with practical execution capabilities Ready to create the future of AI-enhanced visual content?
