We have an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator to join our team to support our corporate office. Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues. Manage AWS and Azure cloud instances for various projects. Manage website hosting and updates to the website. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions to the employees. Install and upgrade employee laptops for software components, patches, virtual machine, etc. Manage software licenses for McAfee and ensure McAfee updates on all laptops. Manage MS 365 for all users, administer MS Active Directory (AD) accounts and user groups and manage security for all new and existing accounts. Handles network and bandwidth issues with network carriers, configure laptops, backup recovery, upgrading and patching software, manage firewall and cloud environments. Manages and documents cyber security for the company. Support CMMI and ISO recertification process. Maintains and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems. Schedules, installations, and tests system software upgrades. Configures software and resolves technical problems. Provide onsite technical support to manage and administer all iCatalyst related systems and resources to include hardware, software, operating systems, networks, IT security services, integration services, configuration management, acquisitions support, risk management, disaster recovery, and contingency operations. Assist with other support tasks as needed. Required Skills Must be able to manage cyber security for the company Must have MS 365 knowledge as an Admin user Working knowledge of network (in the cloud) and PC operating systems Experience configuring laptops and troubleshooting Excellent cloud environment experience Understand CMMI and ISO recertification Experience/Qualifications 5-8+ years System Administration experience CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist, MS or AWS cloud etc. certifications Must be able to come to office 3 days a week and as needed Education Position prefers a BS/BA degree or Associates in STEM, Computer Science, or similar discipline from an accredited university with 5 plus years of experience.
