When you can truly be there, you feel free.Job Summary:The Batcher prepares/blends/batches materials in batch tanks for production of products.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties/Responsibilities:Perform and accurately record product and raw materials inventory with a high attention to detail.Operate tanks that stir and mix various production materialsUtilize pumps, filters, and scales throughout the blending processVerify the weight of raw materials before adding themAccurately complete labels and blend information sheetsTake samples to QC for approvalEnsure the safe transport and storage of materials.Performs other duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Experience working in a food, dietary or pharmaceutical supplement manufacturing, or related manufacturing industry is strongly desired.Capable of lifting to 50 poundsAbility to drive a forklift or become forklift certified on site.Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.One year of blending/machine operator experience preferred.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach and climb to perform duties.All duties to be performed with, or without, reasonable accommodation.Botanic Tonics is an equal employment opportunity employer.
