Utility Worker Job DescriptionAs a Utility Worker, your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining cleanliness, performing basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety standards are met. Here are the key duties and requirements:ResponsibilitiesMixing Slurries and Sand: You'll be responsible for preparing slurries and sand used in brick production.Monitoring Brick Coating: Your role includes closely watching the production line to ensure that the bricks are coated correctly.General Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning assigned work areas both inside and outside the property.Completion of Utility Projects: Ensuring that utility projects are completed and signed off.RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GED.Experience: Previous experience as a utility worker.Skills:Ability to read and interpret written work orders.Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.Familiarity with cleaning equipment and techniques.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.Work Hours: The position requires availability from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.The pay rate of $15 per hour aligns with the job's responsibilities.
